One of my neighbors little girls was raising funds for her school program so I bought a $13 magazine subscription - Pay It Forward
She was so unbelievably cute! She went door to door on our block with her Dad by her side, and had her little brochures and a notepad and pen.
I think she's about 8 or 9 years old. Too cute.
So I bought a subscription to Vegetarian Times for $13.
Hey, that's a bargain and at least it's going towards the little sweetie-pie's school program.
She was just a little ball of sunshine. I think I want one of those. Can you rent one for a while somewhere?

You never know the difference you make in a young persons life when they are sent out to sell from the school. It can change their lives to be successful with just 1 person, you may have created an awesome sales person with your act of kindness, good for you.
I'm a sucker for kids selling stuff. My husband thinks I'm crazy. But honestly, if they are really doing it (and not their parents) I appreciate their work, salesmanship and sometimes even entrepreneurship and I want to support that good work ethic! -Kasey
It was a good thing to do. :)
Hi Ralph,
I always buy from children selling things. It's a great thing to do. If the kids are motivated enough to get out there and start their selling career, I'm here to help them along the way. Good for you!
Don't worry, you will be seeing much more of her in the future. As the father of four girls we had a "list" of folks who would likely support their fundraisers.
And yes the magazine was a bargain, but wait until she brings some of the God-Awful frozen cookie dough. Will you have the heart to tell her no?
