There is a Seattle based animal rescue site that is in need of our help. It doesn't involve a donation, just the one thing that I know you Active Rainers are very good at - snooping the internet.
The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily so they can meet their quota of getting FREE FOOD donated every day to abused and neglected animals.
It takes about 30 seconds to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals for free'. This doesn't cost you a thing.
Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising.
I did this myself, and thoroughly examined the site and background information of the organization prior to posting this blog.
Here's the web site!
Please pass it along to people you know.
With our numbers, if we make an effort, the Active Rain community as well as visitors to my dedicated blog site can make a real difference.
Thank you for your time with this,
The Ralphster

Ralph - I'll trust your recommendation, and I gave them a click.
Thanks Ralph. I went, I clicked, and I forwarded to my post to myself to send out to some other animal lovers tomorrow.

Ralph.... I've done this tons of times but forget to make it a daily ritual. I love animals and this is such a quick and easy way to support the cause. Thanks for the reminder!
Hi Ralph,
What a great way to help animal rescue & animals in need. It's an easy way to help and support this good cause. Thank you for sharing the information & link. We will pass it along! Again, thanks for posting!
Chris
Thanks for the reminder, Ralph! I'll click on this one and add to FreeKibbleKat.com, which was started by a 12-year-old girl. Even if you don't get the trivia question right, you still get to feed hungry kitties!
Cheers,
Robin
Thanks Ralph, for the information on www.theanimalrescuesite.com and I will re-blog and send to my friend and of course click away!
Ralph - What a great cause and such a cute puppy! Don't worry, I visited the site as well!
Done, Ralph! Great idea for a blog post to benefit The Animal Rescue Site! :)

Ralph, I went to the website and clicked the purple button for a worthy cause.
Ralph, I went to the site and clicked, and will try to add this to my list of Things To DO to help our favorite friends, PETS........Thanks for telling us about it.

Thank you to all of the Active Rain peeps who took the time to do this.
It is much appreciated.
I've sent these guys money before and have their 'sticker paw' in my car. Forgot all about it so I just reblogged it for my area. :-)
Hi Ralph. I adopted four dogs and two cats and have heard about that organization as well as Petfinders so of course I clicked.... ~ Lana
Done! What a great program. Thanks to the re-blog from Russell Ray -
My husband told me to come over here, look at the cute little dog, and then reblog your post. Done!
Russell, thanks so much.
Things like this are definitely a group effort.
Every person counts.
And thank your husband for me too.
Hi Ralph, came over here through Russel Ray, I clicked on the site. What a good thing you are doing. And that picture just got to me.
While we are cat people...we do love dogs...and Ralph is sooo adorable...I am on my way to click the purple box....!
Hi Ralph, I found your post through Russel Ray, too. I created a shortcut on my desktop to remind me to "click" it every day. My family has rescued four dogs over the years, and at one time had five dogs living in the house together. I used to say "what happened here?" My mom said "Sal will try to save anything." She was so right ... birds, squirrels, dogs, cats, and even geckos.
Ralph - I have daily email reminders sent to me ... have been doing this for well over one year now. I faithfully click every day .... usually one of the first things I do every day ...to ensure it gets done. I am a fan on Facebook as well and always encourage my friends and clients to click every day! It is so simple .... I can't imagine anyone not doing this knowing how valuable one click is.
Hi Ralph, Jacoby Cat told me to click. Done.
Russel referred me to your post. I clicked and also put it on my facebook page. This is a wonderful opportunity for abandoned and neglected animals. Thanks for passing this information along Ralph!
Russell sent me here, so here I am...I will do what I can to help the cause!
Hi Ralph. Since your post on October 19, I have clicked on the icon on my desktop every day. That's approximately 50 days and 50 clicks. Those clicks have contributed 30 bowls of food to needy animals (0.6 bowls per day). It's a great contribution, and it's FREE. Thanks for the website link.
