Hugo's Restaurant - Valley Village, California - Another GREAT Los Angeles Vegetarian/Organic Restaurant

Hugo's Restaurant - Valley Village, California - Another GREAT Los Angeles Restaurant

Hugo's Restaurant is a phenomenal place to eat.  It is one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles for those patrons seeking either top-notch vegetarian or vegan cuisine and/or high-quality organic foodsGluten-free dishes are very common here.

Many of the hard-core foodies with discerning tastes come here.  Alot of health and environmentally conscious patrons frequent Hugo's also.  To date, I have not known any other restaurant to match the quality of vegetarian, vegan and organic cuisine in  the Los Angeles area as Hugo's.  The atmospher is top-notch and the staff is very cool. It is very reflective of the Valley Village neighborhood in which it is located.

Take a look at some of the specials last month:  (try not to salivate)

Unbelievable steal on a GREAT traditional home in Valley Village!! $425,000!!

I caravan 2-3 times per week, and I've decided to start postings some of the new listings that are bargains on my blog so that my clients and potential (wink, wink) clients can get some inside scoop.

This home, located in one of the most sought after areas in Valley Village, is located south of Magnolia Blvd.  2 bed, 2 bath, 1252 square feet, located on an 8,000 s.f. lot.  Traditional style home, built in 1940 in excellent condition.

 Valley Village home

OK, now don't get your jets going on this list price of $425,000, because trust me, it's not going to sell for that amount.  This extremely nice little home is going to go out over $500,000 for sure.  It's so under-priced it's ridiculous.  In fact at the first brokers open, which of course is before the first public open house this Sunday, I found out there were already 4 offers on the property.

It sits on a beautiful tree lined street. Private neighborhood, large front and back yard with mature trees and lots of room. 2 bedrooms and a DEN, with two fireplaces, 1.5 baths. Cute open kitchen facing the dining room, large size living room with an extra bonus room.

Yes, people!!  There are many homes like this being priced aggressively and going into multiple offers!! So please don't think the market is still going down and it's like shooting fish in a barrel.  If it's priced aggressively, you can just about guarantee that it will go into multiple offers.

Contact me if you want to take a peek at it.
