For the holiday weekend, I went up to the South Bay area, just south of San Francisco.
Beautiful cities, wonderful friendly people.
An associate of mine and her daughter took us through several cities to give us the lay of the land, and also a feel for what the residential real estate is like here.
Just amazing homes. Alot of neighborhoods with older craftsman, spanish, and traditional homes that are all well-kept and well-maintained.
These are my favorite kinds of neighborhoods! They have so much character and history, yet the residents all maintain their homes so beautifully.
We also visited the downtown areas of some of these cities, which are just amazing. Same flavor and character - older buildings that are meticulously maintained and kept updated on the interiors, with tons of shops and restaurants.
The coolest part is that almost all areas of the South Bay have tons of mature trees.
I visited such cities/areas as San Jose, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Willow Glen, Mountain View, Los Gatos, and Campbell.
Most of this area is well-known due to it being called "Silicon Valley", because this is where many of the tech giants such as Apple, Ebay, etc. have their main offices.
It is absolutely beautiful and highly recommend anyone to visit the area.
I'm officially impressed..............
