Wow! Great pics on your listing. Hey, wait a minute.........Those are MINE!!
I was setting up a search for a client of mine who's looking to lease in Beverly Hills, or somewhere near the water in Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica or Venice.
I was going through some of the properties, and I came across a lease listing in Beverly Hills.
I thought something looked familiar, and when I looked at the address, I saw it was a listing that my partner Richard and I sold a few years ago.
So I thought "no big whoop". Many times the buyer's agent will be the one assisting the new homeowner with leasing it out as they have a pre-existing relationship with them.
Then I browsed through the photos and realized........those are MY photos I took on the original sale listing from a few years ago!!
And when I say MY I mean literally MY - meaning I actually did the photoshoot myself with a special lens (I used to be a web designer many years ago), and hand edited the photos with special software because this was a very special vintage home.
So waddya think, Peeps? Do I make a stink of it, or just let it go being that I've got 10,000 things on my plate right now?
Here's a few pics of the property. I'm assuming they're OK to post being that, well, ah-hem.....they're MY photos!!
