If the home purchase is in participating cities of Los Angeles County, this program provides 20% of the purchase price or $90,000, whichever is less. If the home purchase is within designated census tracts of unincorporated Los Angeles County, this program provides 25% of the purchase price or $90,000, whichever is less.
