The John Aaroe Group opened it's first office in Sherman Oaks in January of this year. For those of you who don't know the history, John Aaroe was the original founder of all the Prudential offices from the San Gabriel Valley to the San Fernando Valley to the West Los Angeles area.
He eventually sold them to Prudential, and stayed on as an advisor. Well, John's philosophy about treating the agents as his clients and Prudential's "corporate" flavor didn't eventually mix, so John decided to create an all-new cutting edge brokerage, and of course as soon as my partner and I found out, we immediately made the move.
John is a brilliant, generous, insightful man and a pleasure to work for. He really makes you feel like he's got your back as an agent under his roof.
Anyway, the complete phase of the website was debuted today and I got a chance to snoop through it. I urge all of you Active Rain agents out there to take a look and see what a broker site should really be all about.
The site was developed by a company that is totally on top of the industry. John gave us the pleasure of touring their facility when the site was first in development.
Being a web designer myself for over 12 years prior to becoming and agent, I was VERY impressed with this group.
The coolest part is our individual agent websites can be tied in to the JAG site to be able to take advantage of all it's capabilities.
The CMA capability is out of this world, and the features that are developed for clients TRULY make this a better site than ANYTHING out there for them to use. It even puts realtor.com to shame.
I actually don't even have to log onto the MLS, and can use my broker site to do just as much and more than my MLS site!!
