Interest Rate Update - 09/27/10
Mortgage interest rates are continuing to be unbelievable. 30-year fixed conforning loans are at 4.35%. If you are in a position to pay off your home within 15 years, then it gets even better. Rates are actually hovering just below 4.0%, at around 3.97%.
That is fantastic! To be able to get a loan that is NOT an adjustable rate loan with a "3" in front of it is just outstanding.
The common theme here is "IT'S A GREAT TIME TO BUY"
I'm looking to buy additional investment property myself because rates are so good.
