Our local board has teamed up with the California Association of Relators to offer a $4000 grant to first time buyers. This is a grant that DOES NOT have to be repaid.

There is also a $10,000 incentive for purchasing new construction, as well as an $8000 tax credit for properties purchase between Jan 1st and Dec 1st!!
