Having lived and worked in the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley and West Los Angeles area for a combined total of over 30 years, I have expertise in the diverse neighborhoods and home values in a wide region of Southern California.  My background as a web designer, computer technician and programmer allow me to bring my clients internet-based advantages that most agents are not able to provide.  Being a Certified Eco-Broker® sales agent allows me to offer the insight and resources necessary for my clients to make informed decisions on their homes when considering such issues as energy costs, air quality, and sustainability.
