Pasadena is one of the nicest, high-demand areas in Los Angeles county.  It is a very centrally located city:  20 minutes to downtown LA, 10 minutes to the San Fernando Valley, 30 minutes to the Santa Clarita Valley, and 40 minutes to the beach areas.

Colorado blvd. is a destination point for many Angelenos with all of it's ecclectic restaurants, shops, entertainment and retail along the blvd.

The Rose Bowl parade makes Pasadena an internationally known city!  And the local population is quite reflective of that also.  The 110, 210, and 134 freeways make Pasadena easy to commute to and from.

Home prices can be very ecclectic, depending on which part of the city you are in.  The Pasadena area has one of the most high end real estate in the nation in the San Marino area.

An attractive feature of Pasadena is that it backs the beautiful San Gabriel mountain range.  Views on most days can be quite stunnig.
